Information clause:
In order to ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable law, i.e. Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of physical persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the so-called general data protection regulation) – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", The Polish Association of Beef Cattle Producers has developed an Information Clause.
The Administrator of Personal Data is the Polish Association of Beef Cattle Producers with its registered office at Smulikowskiego 4, 00-389 Warsaw, KRS: 0000233381, NIP: 952-19-67-784 , hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
The controller shall exercise due diligence in order to protect the interests of the data subjects and, in particular, ensure that the data collected by him are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, lawful purposes. and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows identification of the persons they concern, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
In connection with the organization of the Conference, we process the personal data of the Participants contained in the registration form and data on attendance at the Conference. In addition, depending on individual needs, we process data: required by law, e.g. tax law, accounting; data contained in the Participants' requests, complaints and other speeches to us.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of registration, providing access to the Conference, sending Notifications regarding the Conference, documenting the course of the conference; any other administrative issues required for the proper organization and conduct of the Conference, and
the safety of its Participants, Speakers and staff. In addition, the data is processed for analytical and statistical purposes – to constantly improve the quality of services provided and adapt its functionalities to your needs.

You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data by us:
The Participant's personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, nor will they go outside the European Economic Area.
The Administrator has appointed a data protection officer supervising the correctness of the processing of your personal data, who can be contacted via: email: [email protected] or in writing to the address of the Data Administrator with the note: "Inspector for Personal Data Protection"
In matters not covered by this Information Clause, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall apply accordingly.
