§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Regulations define the conditions of participation in the Conference under the name of the IX International Beef Sector Forum organized by the Polish Association of Beef Cattle Producers with its registered office at Smulikowskiego 4, 00-389 Warsaw, NIP: 952-19-67-784, e-mail address: [email protected]

§ 2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Regulations, the following definitions are specified:

1. Regulations – means this document containing the rules and conditions of participation in the Forum, available on the website at: https://beefforum.pl/
2. Organizer – means the Polish Association of Beef Cattle Producers with its registered office at Smulikowskiego 4, 00-389 Warsaw, NIP: 952-19-67-784.
3. Conference – means the Conference organized by the Organizer under the name: IX International Beef Sector Forum held at the hotel in Warsaw
4. Registration – means reporting to the Organizer the willingness to participate in the Conference by completing the Application Form.
5. Application form – means the form available on the website: https://beefforum.pl/ by means of which registration takes place.
6. Confirmation of application – means a message sent by the Organizer to the e-mail address provided by the Participant in the Registration process, confirming the Registration.
7. Participant – means a natural person who has been indicated in the Application

§3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Registration and browsing of the website requires an Internet connection using a personal computer or mobile devices with access to browsers:
   • Mozilla Firefox version 70 or higher,

§ 4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

§ 5. COMPLAINTS

1. All complaints of conference Participants towards the Organizer should be reported in writing via e-mail address or to the address of the Organizer's registered office and should include: the name and name of the complainant, correspondence address, e-mail address, telephone number, subject of the complaint, date of the event, indication of the factual circumstances justifying the complaint.

§6. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS

1. The Organizer declares that the content provided by him during the Conference is for educational purposes only. The Organizer shall not be liable for damages caused to Participants or third parties, in connection with or as a result of the Participants' use of information, knowledge or skills acquired during the Conference.

§ 8. RULES FOR THE USE OF IMAGE, GLOSS AND SPEECH

1. The Organizer declares, and the Participant agrees, that the course of the Conference will be recorded in the form of an audiovisual recording and / or photos, and the works created in this way will be used for the purposes of broadcasting in the mass media (television, radio, Internet, press, ) or for the purposes of documentation, promotion, advertising: the Organizer and other entities indicated by the Organizer, as well as the Conference itself (commercial use).
2. The Organizer informs that the registration of works referred to in §8.1. will take place throughout the facility at which the Conference will take place, unless the Organizer explicitly designates recording-free

   • reproduction by any technique,
   • public display, reproduction, broadcasting and retransmission,

• lending, renting, lending media on which the image, voice, statement has been recorded,
• introduction to computer memory and multimedia network,
• use on various types of websites (m.in on the Organizer's website).

§9. FINAL PROVISIONS

2. Scope of personal data

In connection with the organization of the Conference, we process the personal data of the Participants contained in the registration form and data on attendance at the Conference. In addition, depending on individual needs, we process data: required by law, e.g. tax law, accounting; data contained in the Participants' requests, complaints and other speeches to us.

3. Purposes of personal data

Personal data is processed for the purpose of registration, providing access to the Conference, sending Notifications regarding the Conference, documenting the course of the conference; any other administrative issues required for the proper organization and conduct of the Conference, and

the safety of its Participants, Speakers and staff. In addition, the data is processed for analytical and statistical purposes – to constantly improve the quality of services provided and adapt its functionalities to your needs.

4. Period of personal data

Your personal data is processed (stored) for the following periods:

• for the duration of the training contract, and after its termination for a period of 1 year, unless a longer period justifies the limitation period for claims arising from the contract or other titles,
• until the expiry of the obligations to store data resulting from legal provisions, g. tax,
• to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is your consent - until its withdrawal or for the period for which it was granted.

• the right to request the deletion of personal data,
• the right to request the restriction of the processing of personal data,
• the right to object to the processing of personal data – to the extent that these data are processed due to the legitimate interest of the Administrator, in particular you have the right to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes,
• the right to withdraw, at any time, your consent to the processing of your personal data by us, provided that the basis for the processing of this data is your consent, whereby the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal; in order to withdraw consent, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]
• the right to request the transfer of your data to the indicated administrator, i.e. the right to receive from the Administrator your personal data held by us, in a structured, commonly used electronic format,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, i.e. to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The Participant's personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, nor will they go outside the European Economic Area.
