Trained dietician with a master’s degree in Sciences, Technologies and Health and a major in Nutrition and Health, I joined AVEC in 2021 after 13 years in the food industry as a professional in scientific and regulatory affairs. As a policy advisor in AVEC, I am dealing in particular with issues related to animal health and welfare as well as food safety and quality.
